We'll be surprised if you don't love our products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes our furniture doesn't quite fit within your garden setting. But if, for whatever reason, you're not happy with your purchase:
You can return your unwanted goods within 30 days after delivery for a refund; however, you may be charged a restocking/collection fee. Any unwanted items must be suitably repackaged for collection; please ensure you retain your original packaging for at least 30 days.
Our friendly Customer Experience Team will be on hand to guide you every step of the way.
Please note your refund will be processed after the product is returned to our warehouse and thoroughly inspected.
RETURNS, FAULTY OR INCORRECT - CAN I RETURN MY FURNITURE?
Whilst all our products pass strict quality standards, on very rare occasions, you may find an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your products, and no later than 30 days. It's important to fully inspect your delivery within this time frame and report any damages to us via telephone or email.
You will then be instructed to send a follow-up email with as much information regarding the damage/s as possible, including photographs. We will look into the matter further and, if required, will repair, replace or refund all affected products.
