If you paid with a credit card for an order totalling over £100

To submit a claim, it is likely your provider will ask for the following:

  • A copy of your order confirmation
  • Confirmation that the company was placed into administration and that there will be no distribution to unsecured creditors. This statement will be made in the Joint Administrators' proposals, which can be obtained by contacting customer support
  • Confirmation from the new company that your order will not be fulfilled, which can be obtained from this statement

If your credit card provider refuses to refund you, you might make a formal complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. For further details, please click here.

If you paid with a debit card or credit card for an order totalling under £100

If your payment to the Company was made using a debit card or credit card under £100 and you have evidence of the transaction, you may be able to make a claim to your bank or card provider under the 'chargeback' scheme. The bank or credit provider will determine if you are eligible to make this claim. They will ask you for copy documents and confirmation that the Company was placed into Administration and that there will be no distribution to unsecured creditors. You should shortly receive a formal letter from the Joint Administrators confirming the above, together with a Notice of Appointment. Please note that some banks or credit card providers only allow you to make a claim for purchases not older than 120 days.

If your bank or credit card provider refuses to refund you, you might make a formal complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. For further details, please click here.

If you are unable to obtain a refund from the above

In the event you are not able to obtain a refund using the above options, you can submit an unsecured claim to the administration. The Joint Administrators will be writing to all customers within 7 days with details on how to submit a claim. Please note that at this stage, we do not anticipate any distribution to unsecured creditors.
